Three glasses of milk a day can lead to early death, warn scientists
Drinking three glasses of milk doubles the risk of early death and does not prevent broken bones, new research has shown

The study’s lead author, Professor Karl Michaelsson, of Uppsala University in Sweden, said: “Our results may question the validity of recommendations to consume high amounts of milk to prevent fragility fractures. A higher consumption of milk in women and men is not accompanied by a lower risk of fracture and instead may be associated with a higher rate of death.”

British experts said the research should be treated with caution because the milk in Sweden is fortified with vitamin A which could have an impact on the findings.

Yes indeed a very noble and interesting study. Myself and some fellow artists (and one scientist!)have been conducting a long and arduous study of the beneficial attributes of Guinness for quite a few years now. Unfortunately due to the heavy workload and stress involved our findings to this point have unfortunately been inconclusive and somewhat incoherent. But rest assured we intend to carry on regardless and legless until we reach a conclusion that will be of some use to the bloke at the end of the bar who insists on drinking bottles of Blue WKD...Wot next, ciggies ain't that bad after all ! Jesting apart some soft sod is again condoning another pointless survey to tell us that what was good for you last week is now gonna be the death of you. It's a mad mad world.

Hey there, Bluey!  This was one study that was worth doing!  Just think - getting paid to do all that "research".  And I don't think the results should be taken lying down either.  :pml:
