Three men died from carbon monoxide poisoning at a distillery tank on the Ionian Sea island of Lefkada on Thursday, according to local media.

The tragedy occurred when one of the men lost consciousness due to fumes during renovation works at the distillery and the other two went inside to help, according to eye witnesses.

The local community of the island of Zakynthos, Greece, is shocked by a brutal murder that occured a few meters from the premises of the island’s landfill on Thursday morning.

According to Greek Police, a 72 year-old man shot his brother three times in the abdomen. The crime was preceded by an intense conflict between the two men which resulted in fierce gunfight.

Family and land disputes had separated the two brothers.

Police have searched a Berkshire property belonging to Sir Cliff Richard in relation to an alleged historical sex offence.

No arrests have been made and Sir Cliff, 73, who is abroad, said the allegation was "completely false".

Police said the allegation involved a boy under 16.

Whether Peter Pan is guilty or innocent, I thought it was disgraceful that the press were tipped off about the raid.  So it went out with live TV of the entrance to the apartments and even helicopter shots.of what was going on inside.
