Ten confirmed coronavirus cases in Greece

Two more coronavirus cases were confirmed on Wednesday, raising the total number to ten in our country. It involves a 66-year-old retired teacher from Amaliada and a woman from his immediate entourage. The male patient who had recently gone on an organized trip to the Holy Land, is in serious condition and is being treated at Rio Hospital.

Emergency measures are being enforced for the next 48 hours in the prefectures of Achaia, Ilia and Zakynthos, which include the closing of all public and private educational institutions, theaters, cinemas, sports centers, archaeological sites, museums and the cancelation of cultural events.
