Russian tour operator Intaer announced on 5 August that it is suspending all activities due to the inability to meet its obligations to customers. This is the fifth Russian tour operator to go bankrupt since mid-July, following Roza Vetrov Mir, Neva Company, Expotour and, more recently, Labirint.According to reports, some 10,000 Russians had booked holidays to Greece via Intaer. It is estimated that some 500 customers of the tour operator are currently in Greece, mainly on the islands of Corfu, Rhodes and Crete.
