Apparently found swimming in the Shenzhen reservoir, China. Some locals reckons it's an alien, more likely it's a bald bear cub...ignoring the ears and paws there's a resemblance to this American black bear that had been stricken with mange, ringworm and bacterial skin infections and to various bald bears in zoos around the world, e.g. Leipzig.

The government has moved to boost its reserves by obliging all public agencies, including local authorities, pension funds and hospitals, to place their reserves in a common account at the Bank of Greece.

The account will be managed by, and be readily available to, the State General Treasury.

The move will boost the state's reserves from €1.8 billion to €12.6 billion.

Some local authorities, including the city of Athens, are expected to mount a legal challenge against this move.
