Argostoli police yesterday arrested two local men for theft of metals valued approx. 500€ from the site of the new municipal nursing home on Wednesday.

While out cycling today, there was a road closure at the junction near the British cemetary. I was unable to take the Fiscardo road and was directed towards Dilinata and the new road over the mountains. No idea how long it is likely to be closed, but could cause a major problem for the Bike Challenge on 2nd May.

I don't know if this answers your concern but Maik reported this on 19.04.15...

Ah yes, thanks BeeTee, I vaguely remember reading it now! So should be open for the 2nd May, but who knows what other roads will be closed?    :dunno:
