Jelly Babies are named Britain's favourite confectionery

Jelly Babies have been voted the nation's favourite sweet - as it is revealed retro classics are making a come back with younger generations, according to a new survey.

The fruit-flavoured baby-shaped sweets took the top spot with 65 per cent of Brits.

Scientists have discovered a previously undocumented species of giant anaconda in the Amazon which they say can grow up to 7.5m and weighing close to 500kg, making it the largest and heaviest snake yet known in the world.

I was thinking it's difficult to say who's telling porkies regarding the Post Office and the government 'limping into the elections', Kemi Badenoch or Henry Staunton. However, it seems as though Ms Badenoch's grasp on the truth is about on a par with Bojo or Cummings:
