Prime Minister David Cameron has intervened on behalf a Nottingham couple whose nine-year-old son was killed while on holiday in Greece.

Jamie Leek died after he was hit by a motorcycle while crossing the road on the island of Zakynthos in 2012.

The motorcycle rider has not yet been prosecuted.

Mr Cameron wrote to the Greek authorities urging them to speed up the prosecution and a trial date has now been set for May 2015.

Can't be certain this is accurate but came across these figures for road vehicle tax for 2015:

*Think* they're the same as this year. Payment forms should be available on gsis.gr from 01 November, as usual the tax can be paid at banks / Post Office from 01/11/14 - 31/12/14.

Every Monday without fail the Farmers Republic online store gets an order for organic fruit and vegetables worth around 50 euros from a resident of London. The woman in question pays around 20 euros in shipping fees but has all the fresh produce she needs at her doorstep the very next day, straight from Greece. She has probably worked out that making the same purchases at an organic food store in London would cost her more.
