EU citizens 'denied residence documents'

EU citizens living in the UK say they are being denied permanent residency because of a health insurance rule.

The little-known rule says EU citizens who are not in work or looking for work must have health insurance to live in Britain.

The government has since re-worded the letter, and failed applicants are not removed from the country, but many are worried they could be vulnerable after Britain leaves the EU.
